             Beginning on Monday, April 9^th we will hold a weekly Bible Information Class in the North Valleys. This is intended for prospective members of Light of the Valleys, but it is open to anybody who is interested in learning more about the Bible. If you are interested in joining in this class and brushing up on your Bible knowledge, or if you know somebody else who would be interested in joining this class, please speak to Pastor Derme. The class will meet in the banquet room at the Round Table Pizza in the North Hills Shopping Center. It is near Raley's at the Golden Valley exit off of 395. The class will be Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m.

             After learning how God used Joseph to preserve the Israelites and thus preserve the line of the Savior, the students will now learn stories about our Savior, Jesus Christ.

             Light of the Valleys, our new mission congregation, will hold its second evangelism event. It will be on Saturday, February 10 from 1:00 – 3:00. The event will be at North Valleys Regional Park. If you are able to help make this event a great time for the people of the North Valleys, please speak to Pastor Derme.

                          Midweek Bible study on Wednesdays and Thursdays will take a break during Lent, due to the Wednesday evening Lent services, which begin on February 14. We will begin meeting again after Easter.

             The day of our first service at Light of the Valleys Lutheran Church, our new mission congregation, is coming soon! We plan to hold three "practice" services on March 4, 11, and 18 to prepare for our first publicized service on March 25! These services will be held at O'Brien Middle School at 4:30 p.m. on Sundays. You are invited to be a part of these services as we work together to get this congregation started. Please pray that the Lord will bless our efforts to reach many people with the good news.

Meetings will be held at the Bennett home at 6:30 p.m.  All ladies are invited to come to any of the meetings.
